Course Venue
Wheatsheaf Hotel, London Road, Virginia Water, Surrey GU25 4QF *(WH)
Free Parking, lunch and refreshments included. This delightful venue is 5 minutes from Royal Holloway, 30 minutes from London Heathrow Airport & 10 minutes from junction 13 M25. The nearest railway station is Virginia Water.
Overnight accommodation is normally available at the Wheatsheaf Hotel (Please ask for your Royal Holloway delegate rate), but should be booked in advance. Parking - Please remember to report at Reception on arrival at the Wheatsheaf Hotel to collect your free parking ticket (otherwise there is a charge).

Accommodation is also usually available, with parking, at the University, which is a short 5 minute drive from the venue. This can be booked in advance on-line with a credit card by going to www.conferences.rhul.ac.uk– then choose 'Book B&B accommodation'. The nearest railway station for the University is Egham.
