Identifying your current Image version
Right click on 'My Computer' and click 'Properties'

In the 'System Properties' it will state the version (see above)

How to request a new lab Image
E-mail tristan.findley [at] rhul [dot] ac [dot] uk , State your machine type, current image version, office / desk location (room number), and times that it would be convinient for you to have your sytem re-imaged.

Before you are re-imaged, you must make sure that you have backed up ALL USER DATA from your computer. Once this is completed, you must confirm this via email. Before any re-imaging takes place, all of this must have been done and confirmed.

NOTE: All Lab machines (Tolansky & McCrea 254) are automatically re-imaged every time a new version is released.
